Who is Miss Bunty?
Miss Bunty is one of Holland’s leading dance vocalists. She is a powerful entertainer who knows how to spice up any party. Sometimes she is compared to “Shirley Bassey on Acid.” She has enlightened and rocked many clubs, parties, festivals, radio shows, and television performances all around the world. She has raw and unpolished soul-stirring vocals and an impressive stage presence.
Collaborations and career
Miss Bunty started her career at an early age as lead vocalist to many punk-rock, rock, funk, and soul bands. One of her first performances as a freestyle vocalist/MC was at the legendary Amsterdam club RoXy. Later she teamed up with many national and international DJ’s in very different styles. She released tracks on the world’s biggest labels such as Defected, Nervous Records , Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, and Nero.
Also, Miss Bunty has done live performances and collaborations with (inter)national DJs such as Kerri Chandler, DJ Aphrodite, Sander Kleinenberg, Fedde le Grand, and Sluwe Vos just to name a few. She showed her skills at Creamfields UK, Mysteryland, Lowlands, Sensation, Noorderslag, Valtifest, North Sea Jazz festival, HMH, Melkweg and many more. Her releases came out on Defected, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, and other infamous labels.
