Hailing from The Netherlands, a small country with a large history in dance music, Keizer Jelle has a long lasting passion for timeless house music, influenced heavily by classic rave and oldschool hiphop. After more than a decade of experience as a solid name in the industry, he is now returning to his roots, developing his own unique sound over the years. The aim is to teach and to please, bringing crowds a well balanced blend of unexplored sounds and familiar classics.
Keizer Jelle has played close to a thousand shows including massive events around the globe such as Tomorrowland, Ultra, Creamfields and Mysteryland, reigning crowds from Japan to the USA, Australia to Ibiza. Experience and skill are the keywords here.
Introducing his new project in August 2018 on Mysteryland Festival, 2019 sees him starting his own label Imitation Records, as well as signing with LIWYN for booking representation worldwide and signing a joint venture publishing deal with MAS Publishing: SVRN Music. His remix for GAWP’s ‘Every Weekend’ gained over 250.000 streams in it‘s first month alone. With a wide range of early supporters including: Fisher, Jamie Jones, Detlef, Danny Serrano, Oliver Heldens, Moksi, Sinden, Golf Clap, Pasquale Rotella, TJR, Martin Garrix, Tocadisco, Wouter S, Wongo and more it’s definitely a great start of building an empire.
