How long we keep personal data

Liwyn B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Traffic details: Basic website traffic information is saved anonymously for 38 months via Google Analytics.

Personal data: Personal data you entered in on of our forms is saved for 3 months upon contact, unless you become a client.

Client data & Invoices: 7 years 

Facturen: saved for 7 years due to legal obligation of the tax authorities.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Liwyn B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
