Starting out as a hiphop scratch DJ in the late 80s, Erick was a spinner years before it was fashionable. Or even considered a career. Hard work, dedication and an ear for a good tune led to him landing a coveted residency at Amsterdam’s legendary RoXY club. This softly-spoken Dutchman subsequently saw his popularity grow. With consistent bookings seeing him spending almost as much time on the nation’s highways than actually performing in the clubs.

Erick E´s sound is instantly recognisable. He offers hip-shaking rhythms, pulsating basslines and slamming percussion. These complemented by snatched vocals keeping have every floor moving until the lights come up. This dedicated artist has played every key festival in Holland such as Mysteryland, Solar, Dance Valley, Sensation, A Day At The Park and Extrema Outdoor. Internationally, Erick has rocked the likes of Amnesia Ibiza, Rex Paris, Haoman 17 Israel and Catwalk Barcelona.
Erick has a solid production career too. With quality releases on seminal labels such as Work Records, Spinnin’ Records, One Star and Little Mountain Records. Tracks such as The Beat Is Rocking, Don´t Turn Your Back and Make You Smile have cemented his place as a respected producer.
